  1. Color Time is designed for those who love to color.  It 
  2. provides templates to customize scenes, erase, draw
  3. and add text.  
  4.  
  5. To create a picture, first select a background.  Now select 
  6. an image from the library window and use the bullseye
  7. tool to position it in the drawing window.  The selected 
  8. image is not "dragged" onto the drawing window, rather 
  9. try clicking in the drawing window.  Now try keeping the
  10. mouse down to position the image exactly where you want 
  11. it.

  13. Shareware    
  14. This program is being released as shareware.  The program is fully functional and contains plenty of pictures and backgrounds for lots of fun.  If you like Color Time please register this version for $10 (if you can, include a Color Time picture someone has colored).

  16. Registered users will receive all available Color Time extensions free (up to 10 extensions with additional backgrounds and pictures will be made) if they also send a disk.  Registered users may also shape future Color Time extensions and the next  version by :
  17.     • Submitting pictures for inclusion into extensions (original     stuff only, please!)
  18.     • Providing ideas for enhancements
  19.     • Receiving immediate responses about bug fixes  . . .
